October is a special month at Floyd Chapel Baptist Church as we come together to recognize Cancer Awareness and Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Throughout the month, we will honor survivors, celebrate those who have overcome, remember those we have lost, and stand in love and support with individuals and families who have been impacted by cancer and domestic violence.
We want to make sure our Chapel family is represented and recognized. If you are a cancer survivor, have been impacted by cancer, are a domestic violence survivor, or would like us to honor the memory of a loved one, please take a moment to complete our recognition form.
Your information will help our team prepare for the special moments of recognition planned throughout October.

This October, Floyd Chapel is collecting NEW and gently used Wigs wigs to support individuals impacted by cancer.
Hair loss can be one of the most visible and emotional parts of the cancer journey. A donated wig can offer more than a new look—it can provide a moment of confidence, comfort, dignity, and encouragement when it is needed most.
We’re asking our Chapel family and community to help us make a difference by donating a new wig.
Gently used wigs should be washed and placed in a Ziplock bag and new wigs can remain in original packaging.
WIG DONATIONS ARE DUE BY OCTOBER 25TH
All donated wigs should be new and/or gently used and can be dropped off at Floyd Chapel Baptist Church.
A small gift can make a meaningful difference in someone’s journey.
